simple thing that made a difference

Fitted perfect, the stainless bit has got a protective covering over it so it doesn't get scratched when fitting only thing that is a negative is that I would prefer the fixing that screws up to tighten it up is white i would of preferred black. But its not seen anyway .Read full review...

Major problem is that the plastic "Nut" is not tapped all the way through and being plastic it would be very easy to strip the existing thread fitting it to a thin stainless steel sink top, as an engineer I have taps and dies so was able to extend the thread right through.

It was not clear that there was a grey plastic cover over the top of the item, it would be helpful if this was noted somewhere as my Wife was upset as she thought that was how it was to be.

Fitted and looks fine now. N.B the above is not the fault of the supplier.
