Instructions are a bit vague.. does pulse and tingle, but there are some settings that I cant seem to enable. Must remember to give them a call for help in setting up.

Excellent as a pain reducer

This is excellent for aches and pains. My husband has really bad knees and this helps a lot. The other good thing is it is rechargeable so you don't have to worry about replacing batteries.
