This book is WONDERFUL in helping you break down what those questions are REALLY asking you and teaching you what you "need" to know and what information from the question that you don't need. It has at LEAST 100 questions per TOPIC, HELLO PEOPLE 100 questions, heck a true Nclex don't give you that many questions PER topic. There are literally 100 questions about EVERY disorder in med surg. It gives you a rationale on why each answer is or is not the answer.
