Better than a leather

I am a old timer and have always used chamois leathers to dry my cars. I found an article on using toweling cloths and thought that I would give them a try. The Meguiars cloth seemed to have good reviews so I bought one.

The first time that I used cloth I found it to be excellent. Slides over the bodywork easily and absorps water well. It is machine washable if needed

I found that there was no smearing either on the bodywork or windows.

Tremendous water retention and smear free results

The "Water Magnet" is just amazing. I've never used one before (why ever not I now think) but preferred the synthetic leathers which did a pretty good job, until now. The water retention is tremendous but the towel gets heavy so be warned as it's rather large. It wrings out well and leaves a streak free finish, something my other type never did.

Bettter than Wash leather

This is the best product that I have ever used, Knock spots of a wash leather. I payed silly money for a leather 4wks ago followed the instructions to the letter Now thrown it away its full of holes and unuseable,been in motor trade all my life 50+yrs this really does the job bodywork windows its perfect no smears anywhere would recommend that you try it before buying a new leather, cheaper too and will last longer,wished I had tried it sooner.Read full review

All of my car care stuff is Meguiars, I think all their stuff is great. This is a fantastic drying towel, no other towel I’ve tried has come close to drying my car to the finish this does.

Better than a natural chamois

A brilliant product for water absorbency since one towel can dry an entire SUV but not including the roof or a medium sized car without the need to ring it out. Speed in use is exceptional. Do not wash in any fabric conditioner since that just wrecks it for some reason. will last about a year of weekly car washes before absorbency reduces. Will never scratch the paintwork. Brilliant Cloth

This is a super sized cloth, it's brilliant at mopping up the water when cleaning your car much better than a chamois leather. I have to date brought three of these, with fours cars in our family they are well used. I wouldn't use anything else, just pop them in the washing machine after use to keep them looking their best.Read full review
