Lower wind deflectors work good

I added a Memphis Shades Batwing to my bike. It worked good, but there was a bunch of wind getting me from below the batwing. I decided to try some lower wind deflectors and find that they pretty much eliminate that wind. It was a good decision and I recommend them for wind mitigation, but I do not think the batwing looks as good as it did without them.Read full review

Well made, nice fit but...

After reading how others had gotten great results of eliminating turbulence behind their fairings by installing these, I thought I'd give them a shot. For $25.00, how could I go wrong? Unfortunately, these didn't seem to help. I will try adjusting the height and angle of the fairing again, now that these are installed. But so far, I'm disappointed.Read full review

Much needed wind suppression

The bike I have came with it’s own windshield and I wasn’t happy because of too much wind buffeting. Then I replaced it with a batwing fairing hoping to change the wind flow…oh it did it made it worse. First I had a 5 inch windshield it was too short so I ended up with a 9” shield, it changed but when I got up to highway speeds the wind got violent and almost ripped my sunglasses off. After installing the fairing wind deflectors there was a dramatic change. In the first ride I had gotten up to 80-85 mph with very little wind buffeting. This will do for now and I might consider the fork wind deflectors sometime in the future as to further dial in this problem. Well worth the money and they come with mounting hardware. Dont fit

Bought these for a 2007 Electra glide. They don't fit. Holes don't line up. They won't take back if package is opened. Didn't know they wouldn't fit till I opened package and tried them. Lesson learned. Stay away. Will spend the money and get HD original not that much moreRead full review
