I have loved these inhalers since I tried one about 8 years ago one winter. I purchased one to use that winter and it not only helped me a lot staying clear during my cold. It lasted me into most of the next winter before I used it up. I clear my head with it right after waking while I am in the bathroom burshing my teeth and shaving each morning. These inhalers really last a long time, and help so much. I use them all real round once each monring. A lot of people carry them in their pockets and use them all day at times.
