Best lip balm there is!

I have tried different kinds of lip balm, but none have surpassed the effectiveness of Natural Ice. Just a few applications and chapped lips are no more! Other brands have to be reapplied repeatedly, including the classic, Chap Stick and Avon brand but to no avail.Read full review
