Difficult to understand why there are some bad reviews on this. I've bought an 8 month old one on eBay. Easy to use - in fact simple. Plugged it on switched it on and it was instantly ready. I have since downloaded Becker Content Manager to my Mac (yes Mac) - backed the unit up should I need to restore it - updated the Firmware and Software then downloaded latest maps 2016/17 for €89 ( about £74). It stands me at £240 so less than half price and bang up to date. Well pleased.Read full review...

Sat nav unit for merc SLK

Good purchase however very difficult to update with new maps. Only allows you to use 4 digits for post code management. You therefore need to enter full address. Which is very tedious
