Door Intercom
Purchased this item ? I didn't know what to expect? with it being realistically priced but I was pleasantly surprised .The quality is pretty good and it was easy to install just follow the directions on the box, it is also very neat and isn't flimsy. I have installed my unit by my gates which is approx 15 meters away and you can hear the caller very clearly .I wanted to make a neat job of installing the wiring so all you see is the receiver and the only drawback was the 9v adapter plug which connects to the phone its L shaped thus having to drill a large hole in the wall to get it through.I haven't a clue how long it will last only time will tell .Read full review...

Safer talking to visitors without opening the door
Bought this intercom during the Covid pandemic to make it safer for talking to visitors at the door. It works ok and pleased I got it. Apart from showing a basic line-drawing of the wiring it contains no instructions.
There is a constant hum in the background which may irritate some when using it. I think they may have improved the design from previous reviews as the handset stays in place when in the upright position on the wall ok.
You need to purchase 2-core bell wire and clips as this is not supplied.
I feel safer having it being able to talk to visitors without opening the door.
