Good for veggies and vegans.

Having used this product for years I've always been satisfied with the quality. I'm happy that this yeast extract has a number of added B vitamins which include B 12 - a must for anyone who is vegetarian or vegan like me. It's great on toast or in soups stews and any other recipe which is savoury.
