A big surprise
The Miccus has a surprising range. I was able to set it up at the end of my house and still broadcast to it over 50ft and through sheet rock no less. Of course getting a good amplifier behind it is the real task at hand if like me you wanted to power outdoor speakers. Its not the most elegant solution but it solved the problem for me.Read full review

Good little product
Picks up blue tooth signals beautifully from cell phones and other devices. You have to be careful how close you have it to other electronic devices, due to interference from the other devices. If you are going to use two devices together you do loose sound quality. Also, every time your power goes out they have to be reset.Read full review

Bluetooth is the way to go!
This transmitter / receiver and a good set of headphones makes listening to TV a quiet pleasure. When two tvs are in close proximity the sound of each can make watching and listening to TV a challenge. I decided to purchase this to enjoy my tv in the living room without competing with the one in the kitchen. Bluetooth is much better than radio reception options. Costs a bit more but I am very pleased with the quality of sound, electrical connection and the instant on and off features.Read full review

Works as it says it will!
I have used it only in transmit mode, and there is no latency to my earbuds. The range is great. I can move all over my house and it is still connected and transmitting. One issue that was my fault, live and learn, was I had it too close to my wifi router and it wasn't working well but I moved it about 2 feet away and it was perfect. I'd buy another one or two. easy to use
Excellent for long range use. 100' range no problem even through walls. Hooked to computer and played my music albums with no static or interference. Connected to TV and again no problems, also hooked to small MP3 player and worked fine. Great little gizmo for Bluetooth devices.Read full review

Excellent
I was looking for a device that I could hook up to some self powered "portable dj style" speakers. The speakers was not bluetooth, and I wanted to be able to bluetooth music to them. I hooked this up and it worked fantastic. Best of all YOU DO NOT NEED WIFI for set up or anything. Some devices do need this, this doesn't.
This is excellent Read full review

Great Bluetooth Transmitter! Transmits from down stairs to the second floor.
I received the transmitter, opened the box and the antenna was missing. Used an antenna from my router it works great. Bought a replacement antenna off eBay for $4.00.

Long range transmitter and receiver have been a positive change for my listening experience.
I refer to these small electronic enhancements to my bluetooth listening as "gadgets". The Miccuss Home RTX is definitely my favorite gadget. Actually I have two of them - one on the stereo in my office and also attached to my main computer, a tower PC. The other is attached to my stereo system in the living room. Sometimes I will hook one or the other up to one of my tablets. I listen to a lot of podcasts, some on tablets using aps, others on my PC using iTunes. I also listen to a lot of NPR via FM radio and also streaming. I might set up a couple hours podcast listening on iTunes, and have carefree listening anywhere on the 6000 sq. ft. property. I use the home TRX mostly for transmitting. Sometimes I transmit via Home RTX from my PC / ITunes music and receive on the home RTX connected to the big stereo in the living room, and play through the more powerful stereo system there. My two favorite receiving devices for bluetooth transmissions via Home RTX are 1) EcoXGear waterproof bluetooth stereo speaker and 2) Blue Ant miniture wearable receiver. Both sync with the Home RTX quickly and reliably. Read full review

Great product.
The transmitter will extend all through my house, it has great range. I had been looking for one that you could leave on and not have to turn it on and off. I use this connected to my TV and my Bose QC 35 bluetooth headphones, it works perfectly. I have hearing aids and this solved my problem with not being able to understand the movies. Great Product.Read full review
