Sony really tried their best cash in on this ...

I love Micheal Jackson, his talent is unparalleled.

This posthumus ill attempt at an album by Sony is something they should be completely embarrassed by.

They've tried to rehash some of Michael's very unfinished recordings, unfinished songs that he would definitely NOT have even attempted to release until finished (by him).

It's a shame in a lot of ways, because there are some GREAT ideas here, especially his collaboration with Lenny Kravitz '(I Can't Make It) Another Day' which were part of the Invincible Album sessions - recordings, but was very scarce and unfinished like ALL of the songs on this record.

'Hold My Hand' ft Akon ....was pretty much ALL Akon, with a few background vocal fillers by Michael.

The entire record for me, was very disappointing.

The ideas however! are amazing !! And for this reason Michael is worth adding to your collection.

To fans tho, it will be a very disappointing record as a whole.

These unfinished recordings/demos/ideas would have been legendary songs, if finished by the legend. Its like Michael handed in these rough unfinished sketches to Sony to appease their greed,

But, we all know that when Michael made demos hundreds of them per album! they were so finished, so clean, so perfect, completely mixed and mastered too,

that the demo could have been released commercially ...that's how perfect they were, and that's how committed Michael and his team were during the recording sessions if ALL of his albums.

Somewhere in a vault in his estate are potentially thousands of finished recordings, mixed and mastered ...finished.

This collection on Michael is not those songs ...but, they do provide some great insight into what is in his catalogue of unheard material.

2 out of 5 stars for this, Sony's last ditch attempt to profit from the incomplete and very rough demos Michael (conveniently, purposely and thankfully) submitted to them.

He had absolutely no ambition to submit anything complete or of any decent quality to them as his 10 album deal had already ended years before it had actually ended.
