You can customise your desk!

Having had this keyboard previously, there was no question as to which keyboard set I was going to purchase. The split keyboard is incredibly comfortable and prevents the usual niggling pains I get on a bog standard keyboard. The separate numberpad means you set up your desk for your comfort and the ergonomic mouse is easy to use, comfortable and your wrist sits at a far more natural position. Every part of the set is wireless which is just perfect! The battery life on each part is also incredibly good.
I would recommend this product to anyone who spends all day sat at a desk in front of a computer who has any pain!

Disappointingly high failure rate for the main keyboard, Great mouse, OK numberpad

These seem to have a high failure rate for the main keyboard, have bought a couple second hand and not had a working one yet. Which is a shame for a premium expensive product.

The mouse is great standalone, and the numeric keypad is OK but takes an unusual sized coin cell (number pad uses the same transceiver as the mouse)Read full review...

Comfy!

Firstly, it's not as giant-sized as it looks in the images, although it's not tiny. One of the major differences I can see compared to previous MS ergonomic keyboards is the tilt, which is angled away from you to reduce wrist angle, as opposed to the usual tilt towards you. It does feel comfortable to type on so far but I've not yet had to do an all-nighter to hit a deadline, although it IS designed to prolong your comfort so we'll see... It looks amazing, with the high-gloss finish to the outer frame of the keyboard and number pads. The plastics used for the keys feel like your standard keyboard plastics - no upgrade there then! The mouse feels bulbous but comfy. It looks more old-fashioned than a really up to date mouse like the Logitech MX Master, but has a nice quality feel in use, with a tactile rubber section where your thumb rests. There's also a back button there which doesn't feel well-positioned as you have to grip the mouse with your hold hand to get the necessary purchase to press it, and when you do that your index finger naturally grips and presses the left mouse button. That one will take some getting used to. It also doesn't have any more buttons, so might be a bit underwhelming if you're looking for a mouse which has more of them. The separate number pad is a great idea and works fine, allowing you a degree of flexibility when setting up your workspace. My only whinge about the whole package is that there are no LEDs for Caps Lock or Num Lock, but if you do download the specific drivers it flashes up in the corner of your screen when you switch either on or off. Oh, and annoyingly, the function keys have additional functions on them which means you have to flick a function switch to toggle between the functions for each key. This could have been avoided with some additional small buttons along the top but this would have added to the cost.
Small whinges aside, I love this set. It works for me and I would definitely buy another if this one got damaged.

Excellent keyboard

After first buying this model of keyboard, mouse and number pad 4 years ago, it was hard to switch to anything else. Unfortunately I had dropped my original keyboard too many times, and some of the keys had stop working. I tried other keyboards but missed the ergonomic design of the Microsoft sculpt so much I needed to find a replacement. Note that there is a security system built into the keyboard which means that it will only work with the dongle that it comes with. But, if your keyboard develops a fault, you can do as I did and purchase another keyboard and transplant the circuit board from inside your original keyboard to make the replacement work with your dongle. This does take a bit of fiddling but it's not that difficult if you're careful and it saves you buying a whole brand new set.Read full review...

Great for speed typing

I love my Sculpt keyboard. So much that I own three! Really easy for speed typing for a long period of time. Dead simple to get used to. Very easy on the wrists.

Superb

All 3 items work well together. The mouse is great and the keyboard although takes a couple of hours to get used to is worth it in the end. Nice to have the number key pad separate.

Best ergonomic desktop bundle

I owned almost all MS ergonomic keyboards from the first white ones. This is by far the best set to date. Nice feeling for the tips of your fingers, nice ergonomic position for the right handed mouse.

Very good, requires getting used to

Very good for my hands. I really like that they separated the numpad.

Notice that if you lose the usb you can throw all the set to the trash.
