Faulty and missing bits

I ordered this headset. It arrived on time which was perfect. When I came to open it the adaptor and usb cable was not in the box. When I use the headset it doesn't work. I can't hear the game and my friends can't hear me. Don't waste your moneyRead full review...

Don’t work

I bought these and plugged them in but the sounds works but I have no mic feed I went through all the usual settings and googled the problem solver for mics but still nothing. They seam to be faulty.
