I bought this product to update an old computer running Windows 7. I had bought a new laptop but setting it up was a real task..it ran slowly and packed up after a week!
So as my old laptop was so good I decided to go down the Windows 10 update. As instructed I went to Microsoft Media Creation and downloaded Windows 10...it took a while and you then choose your preferences. Once complete right click start and go to setting...type activation in search box...then change product key which was this product. Done. No problems. Work has upgraded to W10 so I thought I'd do the same after fitting a new SSD to my 2013 HP laptop. Read a few favourable reviews on W10 and it seemed better now they've fixed early problems. I got an email 2 or 3 minutes after paying, with product key and links. Great service and easy to set up. Backed docs and files up and went for a clean install.
