Not full copy's as stated. These are backup disks
Site states full version, but receive two copy's clearly marked "backup copy" which will not install in a new hard drive. Don't waste your money on these as I am out over $40 and have two worthless disks.Read full review

Superb performance in IBM Thinkpad T43 Type 1875
The Win7 PRO 32 bit OS software is being used on one of the last of the IBM Thinkpads made by IBM, a T43. The difficulty in install was caused by no device drivers for the Intel 915GM/GMS, 910GML Express Graphics and
Analog Devices SoundMAX Integrated Digital audio chipset installed in this year 2009 notebook, Compatible drivers, from WinXP, and Vista for this clean install, took a bit of time to find. Otherwise, all went well with quick activation from Microsoft. The OS works like a dream! After optimization, boot is complete in 44 seconds after loading other software in the background like Microsoft Office Professional 2007, Adobe Acrobat DC, TurboTax 2016, Nero 12, etc. I'm happy with the results...CPU is Intel SL7VB 2.26 GHz Pentium M working with 2GB RAM. And, a bonus, Microsoft will support Windows 7 through January 14, 2020.Read full review

A great deal on quality OS software
The cost is low. It's a big upgrade from Windows XP. I am a little disappointed that it does not have office softwafe, but I installed my copy of MS Office 2007. I recommend this seller.

Older XP Install
The install was troublesome but I think it had more to do with the machine and drivers than the new operating system. This computer is a 7 year old XP machine that required a clean install with minimal hardware plugged in to lighten the driver load. Be sure and have Windows 7 drivers for you motherboard on hand prior to installation just in case. The process allows you in load drivers during the installation which is the only way it worked for me.
One week later all is well.Read full review

Windows 7 Pro with disc OS
This seller and the product that I bought from him was a ten star deal. I had no trouble installing Win 7 into an old Vista system. I had used my Vista until it got so old that less and less things would work in it. I was not sure that what I bought was what I needed and wanted but it was. I have always liked Win7 and loathe Win 10. Sure, I know that "7" is about to be unsupported. But I would rather use a cranky 7 than a smooth 10.Read full review

licensing issues caused failure I believe
system didn't allow activation, normal windows updates on two different "old" computers, trying to upgrade from Windows Vista. Microsoft's one operating system, one box license appears to complicate things. had problems installing hardware drivers, which appears to be another control over one operating system-one box licensingRead full review

Windows 7 OS
If it wasn't for transferring my pics & movies to a external hard drive, this fresh install would've taken no time at all. Boot time on Vista 32 bit went from 4:52 down to 1:30. I should've upgraded years ago.Read full review

Perfect for Most Rebuilds
This is the perfect operating system to use for rebuilding older computers. It loads easily, and brings your older computer into operation very quickly. I trust it. I feel I have control of my equipment. I prefer it over newer Microsoft products by far.Read full review

Not the right OS for my application
My giving the product two stars maybe a bit unfair. I purchased it to install into an Oracle VM Virtualbox. It works fine in almost every way. My problem is that it screws up on my proprietary software, and that application is the sole reason I bought it. I think it's because the Windows 7 OS is 64-bit. I should have gone for 32-bit.Read full review

Windows 7 pro upgrade for Dell 910 Inspiron Mini
Need to use a plug in disc drive or flash drive for the upgrade. I upgraded my system memory and ram and then installed this op system. Works like a charm !! Just don't try to install all 185+ upgrades at once. Do 20 at a time. Some updates are obsolete so the mini will not configure with that much to install.Read full review
