the controller didn't come sealed in marked packaging or an official box as you would find in a gaming store but it was packaged good in a transparent plastic tray both top and bottom moulded to the same shape as the controller very safe packaging and the controller it self is perfect it's official Microsoft product and not just some off brand copy and the Microsoft sticker under the battery pack is untouched the whole thing is as new as can be and all buttons jump band up and don't stick and the thumb sticks spring nicely back to center the microphone input is perfect and the sound through the headset goes uninterrupted by the vibration of the controller when playing very happy purchase very very happyRead full review

Rubbish
Broke after 1 month of infrequent use; started randomly disconnecting, traced it to the grommet connecting the controller's cable to the body. Small cable movements would cause disconnections that could only be fixed by wiggling the cable furiously. Opened it up, turned out that the cables (each of which has very very minimal amounts of copper in) had overheated inside the plastic grommet. Will attempt to solder in a better cable but I don't have high hopes. Very poor construction, don't waste your money.Read full review

Easy to use with Windows 10

I bought this as my wired version bit the dust (the cable shorted out), so I upgraded and it's the best controller for PC by a mile, even better as now it's wireless. This is a great value controller and most of the time is very close in style to the official make. The only downside/issue I've had is with the right stick when gaming on World of Tanks. It is a little stiff and sometimes tricky to aim when movements are very subtle which can be frustrating sometimes.
