Milwaukee Sawzall

I have a few Milwaukee power tools and have had only one ever fail but it was a 120v drill and under warranty. I'm partial to the namebrand and their products. I'm more than happy with the M18 cordless sawzall. I powered it with a 9 mAh battery and used it to fabricate aluminum rod holders, wall mount bracket for a 2000 watt amp, trim and cut small trees around my place. Easy to set up and operate.Read full review

Great for jobs requiring some cuts here and there.

It's not the latest brush-less model but for what we use it for, a few cuts out in the field (4x4's) for mounting signs, it works fine. It is pretty rugged and has a nice easy fast working blade chuck on it. It eats up the battery packs quickly, however. I have an old 2 setting orbital & straight cut 'sawzall', Porter Cable that cuts faster, smoother & very rugged, but it is not cordless.
The orbital feature really helps in the speed of the cut, which this one lacks.

Easily fixed without having to buy a single part.

I purchased this reciprocating saw as a broken saw. When you pulled the trigger the motor will click but not engage Blade, The reciprocating part of the saw was jammed very badly But I was able to free it up and lubricate and get everything working again. It works perfectly like a new sawzall all and I am very happy with the purchase. It’s likely that it became well at some point and this causes rust to seize up the gear where the saw part moves. I will continue to look for more deals like this oneRead full review

Great saw

I mostly use this tool for landscape work. It is a great, lightweight saw that works better than you would think for light pruning jobs, especially in thinning shrubs. I do little remodeling work these days so I can't say how it will do for cutouts. I've used a corded Sawzall for years so I was comfortable making this purchase. After using it for a year I wish I had bought one as soon a L-Ion batteries came out.Read full review

Milwaukee Recipro Saw

The Milwaukee 2621-20 M18 saw is a robust, well price, well weighted saw. You only get what you pay for with power tools. Yes, there are cheap tools out there that may suit the handyman for small jobs but for the more serious user they don't match up. I have had some of my power tools for 40 years and I get them serviced every 2 years. I believe that all tools wear out but if serviced every 2 years, it will extend the tool life. Most of my tools are Milwaukee and my new Recipro saw has replaced a Makita I had stolen. Milwaukee, I believe make one of the best tools on the market and as the other brands come to the end of their lives I am replacing them with MilwaukeeRead full review

Milwaukee m18 sawzall

Good saw i like that I’m not limited by a cord only complaint would be on certain types of wood it tends to bog down where as my corded one stays full power. Overall for the price it’s a good product

Hope it works fine.

Purchased item as a Christmas gift hasn't been used. What I didn't like is the box the saw came in was in rough shape, a large hole in the top that had been taped up. Item itself looks OK but have no way of testing it since I don't have a battery for it.Read full review

This is a great tool!

This is a great tool. Also, I recommend using the HC 12Amp M18 battery. Tool/battery--Not too heavy. I have used it to cut metal rebar with a hacksaw blade and cut up a small pine tree with a woodcutting blade. I am very pleased with the results. By doing the work myself I estimate that I have already paid for the tool and blades--when compared to hiring a maintenance person.Read full review

A very versatile piece of equipment!

Great saw! I’ve used it crawling under a project old truck cutting of old exhaust, it also worked great cutting some brush along my driveway where I couldn’t get to with a corded saw
