IN CURING A LETHAL DISEASE THAT HAS BEEN DECIMATING THE CHILDREN OF NEW YORK, A FAR WORSE SIDE EFFECT MATERIALISES IN THE SEWERS AND TUNNELS. A TAD SLOW TO GET GOING, BUT ONCE THE ACTION PICKS UP THIS IS QUITE A DECENT HORROR FILM. ALTHOUGH IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE TOO MUCH OF THE BUDGET WENT ON EFFECTS THERE ARE A FEW JUMPY MOMENTS AND THE PART OF THE FILM IN THE OLD ABANDONED RAILWAY STATION IS GRIPPING. A COUPLE OF SURPRISING DEATHS ALONG THE WAY KEEP THINGS MOVING (I CAN'T REMEMBER ANOTHER FILM WHERE THE LITTLE CUTE KID GETS IT). ONE FOR LATE NIGHT FRIDAY WITH THE LIGHTS OFF.Read full review...
