Fantastic Keto Alternative to pasta. If you rinse it well and cook it as directed you will again enjoy a "pasta" dinner. I use it with homemade alfredo and spaghetti sauce and I truly enjoy eating and Italian dinner with my family again. It does have a fishy odor when you open the bag ..
