Great product and excellent value
This is a beautiful faucet that is easy to install. There was a broken hose that had to be replaced, so I will have to wait to see if the faucet holds up, but it seems to be of excellent quality. (Moen sent the replacement part immediately).
The pull-down feature is great. The sprayer pulls out easily and retracts effortlessly back into place. The spray is strong and switches from strong flow to spray with the touch of a button.
Because of the spouts ability to turn 360 degrees, you can install it so the valve can be on the left or the right, which is a plus for lefties, and for people like myself who think it's easier to operate the sprayer with the right hand and the valve with the left.

A Waste of money sold under false pretence
This product comes from the US and the problem is that the hot and cold flexibles are not compatible with the UK and trying to get the correct information as to what the actual female hose end size is is impossible.
Also this product us non returnable so at the moment I have a tap/faucet that is unusable.
A simple pair of adaptors from US to UK sizing would solve the issue but no!!!
Mien when i contacted them also state very clearly that their warranty is null and void if I find and install adaptors to solve the problem myself
