It's great for gentle exercise during lockdown, practising tennis skills, and getting rid of excess energy or built up frustration in a safe way.It's well built, and withstands hard hitting. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that the top spiral part is plastic, not metal;and given what we know about plastic pollution these days, it would make sense if that was metal too, like the rest of the product.Given the product is expensive, I do think that the part should be metal.
