Happy to re-read

Happy to receive this book as I haven’t read it in years. It arrived on time. This copy was described as ‘ good condition’ and overall that is a fair assessment. It has some small areas of damage but nothing that impacts my ability to read it. In my opinion it is good value. Pleased with my purchase. Read full review

A fittingly downbeat conclusion

The conclusion to Douglas Adams' five-part Hitch-Hiker's Guide trilogy is a fittingly downbeat ending to a story that began with the destruction of the Earth. Adams' trademark absurdist tangents and withering cynicism are in full effect and the story is more engaging than the fourth volume. The character of Arthur Dent has truly grown into his universe-weariness and Ford Prefect returns for a round of intergalactic espionage. Overall a slight return to form.Read full review
