One of the best DMR radios made
This is one of the finest DMR radios available. The unit I received was used, but in good condition. Minor scratches on the display were resolved with careful polishing. A new battery was provided alone with a higher capacity battery that had it's clip mount broken out.
These full feature DMR radios have good power output, and features like BlueTooth which are compatible with earpieces and speaker mics.Read full review

You get both satisfaction and frustration when you buy motorola. quality is guaranteed but the nickle and diming of upselling features can negate that.
know what you need because a cheap chinese unit may accomplish that. it’s overkill for a ham piece. it’s perfect for harsh environments. it’s comparable for features and it’s well documented for support. unfortunately it’s subpar for encryption unless you pay a kings ransom for industry standard crypto. Quality Radio. Step up from the 6550. Motorola doesn't include a programming cable with their radios. Something I forgot. So make sure you have one. Great purchase for a pretty reasonable price.

Radio is clearly not new, possibly refurbished. The backlight on the screen is very dim compared to a new XPR7550e. The top LED indicator blinks unsteadily when scanning. Battery is not new, it was first used June 26th 2019.Read full review
