A very compact and useful bag, fits snugly and securely on the back of the wheelchair, without catching on the wheels etc. Can be easily removed and used as a backpack. Multiple useful compartments for umbrella etc, extremely handy. it is very well made and came in a lovely presentation box. Robust and easy to use, just a little heavy.
Although it's heavier than my old non electric chair, after some practice my other half can get it in and out of the car without much trouble. It's taken a while to get used to driving it, but that could be my inexperience using one. I wanted a chair that could cope with a bit more than shopping centers and pavements, this fulfills my needs. When you carry a lot around with you it’s good to have a bag that fits to your wheelchair but it is also easily adapted to a back pack too. A space for either a walking stick or a brolly is really good too. Usually my walking stick sticks out of the bag that I was normally using. A fair-sized bag for a price of a bottle of decent whisky. Like others, I'm kind of tired of mobility scooter 'shopping bags' that scarcely hold a loaf and a carton of milk.
One problem - minor for me but might be major for others. This didn't fit my Sovereign scooter - a very common model. Just hung slackly off the seatback and sulked - main problem being that the vertical (shoulder) straps aren't adjustable for length.
Happily I'm of a practical bent and never throw away backpack fittings or strapping, so I had it modified and sorted in an hour - a bit Heath Robinson but quite secure.
Don't know about the quality yet - this always seems to come down to stitching and zips over time. Seems fine for now, and I hope it lasts, because for once I have a bag I like.Read full review...
