Lovely just what I had been looking for

I think it good. Needed something just to protect my natural nails.
They are thick and seem to wear on the edges. I have found this to do the trick. Now just my nail varnish wears . So yes it helps my nails. And I am very fussy about them. Went to the nail parlour to Try them a few years ago. But they spoil them made them very thin.
