This is a refurb. Xfinity setup was smooth with no need to involve tech support. Works as advertised. I pay for 170 MB’s. Direct wired gets 210. Wireless is definitely distance dependent. With 5G next to the Nighthawk there is 100 MB’s. In the basement it is still 45. This is better than my old Netgear N600

This cable modem/router combo is solid. Worked right out of the box, all I had to do was plug’n’play. Am going to upgrade internet to blazing fast speed once renewal time comes but as of now it’s very reliable.
