Easy solution to move files from one computer to another

I had a need to move some fairly large files from 1 computer to another device (no usb port). There is no internet signal available in the area, so I could not use any form of cloud backup, So I set up a wireless network with this ex V.M. Netgear router. I like this router as it is easy to use and understand this is my second one now with the first still in operation and would recommend this router to anyone.
Note to novice: if you decide to add the router to an existing router the correct Ethernet cable will be needed I went with a crossover cable.Read full review
