If you're looking to replace the modem you're renting from Xfinity, and if your download speeds are 300mbps or less, this is the modem/router for you. When I turned this modem on, it activated immediately. What else I like is that the card, with the password is a pull out. So it was easy to find and apply. Great modem router wifi

I bought it on Ebay for $58. What can I say? It's great! Extremely easy to set up, wifi signal is strong and stable. Wired line works without a glitch. I have 60mbit internet speed and i hooked up an iphone and ipad on the 5ghz wifi, both of them have a download speed above 60mbit.
