From the minute I set this up in my van, drove down the road and back and then reviewed the footage I was very impressed at the quality and functions which the camera has.
A must buy camera and a pay for what you get as the quality is extremely clear daytime and nighttime. Had it for over two weeks now roughly and I can't pick fault in any way as yet!

Lightweight and great for evidence recording
I have had this dash cam for just over a week and I find it on the whole good and does what it says it will do.
I bought this from the ebay site of Currys when they had a 20% discount off, for a period of 6 hours before Christmas, which I thought was good value for the money, this enabled me to take out the 3 year replacement warranty with the money saved.

Not used it in earnest yet, but bought a hard wire kit and wired it into the fuse box. Unfortunately my car has no ignition controlled fuses so it is permanently 'on'. It is set to turn off after ten seconds so I'm hoping the car battery will not run down. Any small movement turns it on which is a good thing from a security perspective. It is quite straightforward to use via the menu(s). You do need a good micro SD card. I've used a Sandisk Extreme SDXC 32 GB which didn't even need formatting and works very well. This model is forward only. The 422 has a rear camera, I did't want the hassle of wiring in the rear camera!Read full review

Okay it isn't the cheapest dash cam on the market but if it proves with it's crystal clear images, that an accident wasn't your fault, it will be worth every penny.
