So far, so good. I don't have a long history to prove to myself or you that it is excellent, yet.
I hadn't attempted to take this before this purchase.
But, I have been taking it a few days now. I do not know if it is effective longterm, yet, so I did not give it the highest rating number.
I chose to use this as a replacement for Jarrow's Bone Up, which I used for years, but stopped because I don't want the magnesium oxide any more.
This brand has the unwanted magnesium as well, but less of it at least. I have found noe of these product with my desired magnesium malate.
