Living large and smiling easy

This product and particular brand was recommend to me by my trainer who has over 58 years experience in scientific research and experience in professional body building, nutrition, anti-aging, hormone therapy, etc. He has never guided me wrong, and he certainly did not when he recommended this brand/product. Me and my wife experinced amazing results from this product with the first use. Improved sleep, waking up without too much "brain fog", and with noticable elevated mood. We are waiting to discover what other positive effects that we might glean from continued use. This is definitely a keeper for us.

It's all about getting to sleep

I have several sleep related challenges, and I was advised to get more magnesium in my diet. I researched on=line and found that Magtein has bio-available magnesium that will cross the blood-brain barrier. Meaning that the magnesium gets to where it needs to go -- the brain.
I have been taking for a few months along with other health care changes, and I am sleeping better. No way to tell yet if it is the Magtein. Magnificent Magtein!

I am a senior citizen and play lots of piano. This product has definitely helped with faster learning and quicker response. I use how well I'm doing on the piano as a gauge of how I'm feeling and doing in day to day activities.
