Less expensive, doesn't mess with food flavors

Pea protein is just as good a whey protein but less expensive. If you are trying to lose weight, whey will get you there a little faster, but I am more interested in having protein I can add to meals I make at less cost. It's a little gritty, so think about what you want to put it in. Experiment with small amounts. It's impossible to find unflavored protein in my area, so I need the pure stuff since chocolate squash does not appeal to me. You need a blender of course, but then it mixes into smoothies and so on just fine. Read full review

E-ffect beats A-ffect.

ZERO CHOLESTEROL!! Most protein powders have an abundant supply. The only downside would be the bland taste. A bit of "un" natural stuff...like chocolate powder...would be okay. Using your powder right after a long workout gives me a true sense of being refueled. Too bad my 66-year-old body won't let me truly take advantage of the sensation. Good work. Be sure to stir it well in a full cup of water in stages (little water at the time).

It's not the first time that I'm using NutriVita's products and by the way I had good experiences with them before. But it's the first time that I'm going to use Pea Protein, so it's too early to talk about the results. What I can talk it is about its flavor and how it mixes. The flavor it's practically neutral, you will feel some slightly flavor of something that I don't know, but at the same time I like it and just want a little more. The protein mixes very quickly with water and milk and its density is very pure, it makes me feel full which means i eat less now helping me lose weight because also it's low in calories. And to be clear, I'm just taking the serving according to the package label.
