The Rolls Royce of graphics cards

NVIDIA Quadro cards are to be distinguished from its mass market graphics cards for playing games. Quadro cards are constructed to a much higher degree of quality, and Quadro drivers are designed to absolutely rock solid reliable. The RTX A6000 may be far higher priced than, for instance, the RTX 3090 or the 4090, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The A6000 is a blower design, so you can easily stack several cards next to each other. Air is blown out of the the computer at the back. Each pair of cards can be linked using Nvidia NVLINK. Even pushed to the maximum, the A6000 is deathly quiet. It does not shriek, it does not roar, it just calmly goes about working at 100% as if to say, what's the big deal? So, in short, that's what you pay for. Think of it as a sports car that's happy going as fast you want it to, without fuss or muss. That sort of quality costs money. Read full review
