Power without the price

Using this in my HP Z620 workstation along with a quadro K4200 graphics card to improve rendering speeds. In octanebench, (GPU benchmarking software), I scored 39.92 with only the K4200 running and 86.59 with the K4200 and Tesla M2090 running. Comaparable score to quadro K6000 performance but at a fraction of the cost. Great investment if your software supports CUDA rendering.

Cheap way to accelerate scientific computing in double precision

The NVIDIA Tesla M2090 increased my computing speed in ANSYS Mechanical. The passive cooling don't work in a workstation tower. I added a generic fan to cool the GPU and it works very well!
