I was disappointed.

I accidentally ordered 2 of these, from two different online places and so I don't know which one came from where, but one of them was dried out and empty. So I used the other one and maybe there's a learning curve, but it really made putting my eyebrow product on over it hard to use. I think if I only use the powdered kind it might work better. I tried using this underneath a pomade and it just made a huge gooey mess. Good that it cost so little.Read full review
