Once you've had rice cooked with kamadon-san you won't even go back to normal rice cookers. We bought this primarily to get away from PFAS coated food containers and am consistently amazed by the ease of use (just use a portable butane burner if you don't have a gas stove) and the quality of rice cooked. Needless to say, more recipes are awaiting to be discovered by using kamado-san and with its robust build it'd no doubt be an investment worthy of decades of usage.Read full review
