I brought these after doing much research, but since taking them I'm now more aware of how to take, originally I followed the instructions on dosage 3 times a day after or with meals, but found I experienced headaches and nausea, rather than stop taking black cohosh altogether, I reduced the dosage to one a day and this seems to work for me, I still use a fan at night, but the night sweats has reduced considerably, also hot flushes during the day has calmed... from a sceptic suffering with hot flushes, someone who can now function with reduced flushes, I'm convinced. ....Try it and seeRead full review
