This product helps you to sleep better. It is not needed as much by young people. Older people (like me) need it because: in young people it is manufactured in abundance by the body, whereas the older you get the less the body produces. This is especially true of those
over 45 or 50. So this supplement makes up for what you do not produce. I've found that:
(a) this brand works well, (b) the Ebay price is good, (c) 10 mg is an optimum dose, and
(d) the Quick Dissolve is tasty and melts in your mouth pretty quickly -- this is lieu of the other

I wish there were more than 45, but Nature's Bounty is a good name brand. They do seem to work fairly we. However I probably won't buy them again because I don't think it is that great of value for the price.Read full review
