Possibly good but what a size !

My wife and I take this supplement twice a day. The contents all look typical if not particularly pure and it delivers 200mg of magnesium which is what we want. The downside however, is just the sheer size of the tablet which is decidedly on the large size of comfortable for us to take. Read full review
