I would not know about the effectiveness of this product. It did nothing for my arthritic thumbs but there might be useful for other complaints. It was recommended by someone outside the NHS. I am wary of chemicals unless they have been through the NHS testing process so I stopped using it. It has a smell and it tingles when you apply it. There is a gel containing ibuprofen which claims to reduce inflammation and pain and I found that better.Read full review...

It works for me!
It doesn't work for everyone but when it does work the relief is very welcome. I'm a long term back sufferer and this product helps me through the day. I would suggest buying the trial tube to see if it's effective for you and then if successful, go for the larger size.
