Buy a couple

If you have a stubborn AK or sks sight that doesn't want to move without heavy lube and some elbow grease - like mine, then buy a couple. I had one and bent the rod because my ak-47 sight was being a pain. Buy a back up so you don't end up stuck at the range unable to adjust your sights haha. And make sure you have a rubber mallet handy.

Good quality product.
Works great with Chinese model AKM.
However, the hole needed hone to fit the Romanian site barrel.

Gave it 3 stars because not all site barrels fit in the hole.

Works but....

I had to file out the opening for the front sight adjustment to get it to fit the Yugo SKS 59/66 that I have. Make sure it fits your gun before you take it to a sighting in session.

AK sight tool

Its a little bulky but for the price it will get the job done. It will do bot windage and elevation. It's quite heavy, so I feel this will be able to take a beating and hold up

Check your sight drift diameter

Tool is of good quality. The elevation adjustment tool works fine, however the windage hole is smaller than the .40 inch windage drift. It requires modification to work correctly.

I can't believe in China they can't drill two holes in line. Threaded post not in center of drilled hole. My fault for believing it would have been. Typical China quality. I fixed it myself at the shop.Read full review

Ugly.. but it works

I had to run a drill bit through the hole in the tool because the sight barrel wouldnt fit. The t handle was all cocked to one side, and when i finally got it ready to push the sight, the tip became all distorted...probably not heat treated steel. HOWEVER.. it did do its job.
