Hilarious comedy at it's best
Eli, Nellie, Walter and Lilly made this 60's Classic British comedy timeless.
The antics they all get up to in each episode is so funny. There is only Lilly/Aka Madge Hindle who is still alive today.
Great value for money DVD collection and a must for collector's of the comedy series.Read full review...

Old-style comedy at its finest!!!
It is definitely of it's time, but highly-entertaining. Miss Baker is a comic genius, not only with her malapropisms but also with her divine physicality. Well worth watching!!

Great entertainment and trip down memory lane
This is such great value for money; as it is the complete series of Nearest and Dearest. I had been thinking about this as a nostalgic gift for my husband and was delighted to find that it had been released on DVD, as the original was shown in the 1970's. Although some of the very early episodes were black and white this didn't spoil the series, it was an absolute bargain and great viewing. Anyone who enjoyed viewing Nearest and Dearest first time around will love this.Read full review...
