Simple to use and fit and good quality
My old control unit was 22 years old and had been playing up for sometime opening the door when it felt like it. when asking for a replacement it would have been as cheap to replace the whole door!
Along comes this unit which is similar to the old one except the remote controllers are of better quality, it was simple to connect and does not rattle its relays deciding what to do. Its positive in its response and was very reasonable in its cost compared to the door manufacturer rip off pricing.
If you have a garage door that needs a controller this one is the mutts nuts, it works.Read full review

Why buy new remotes for an old unit when you can so easily and cheaply just change the whole unit?
Excellent product and a direct replacement for my old Rollertec V1 unit. Not that there was anything wrong with the old unit but I didn't have any remotes for it. I could probably have got a replacement remote but far cheaper and easier to get this new unit complete with two remotes! It took me less than twenty minutes to swap units, which included wiring in the existing photoelectric safety beam in. As has been mentioned before, the LED on the front panel of this new unit isn't wired to the main board but I can live without that for now. If I can work out which pins to wire it to then I will post instructions.Read full review

Good quality replacement easy to fit
This was bought to replace an older version wiring was slightly different but instructions included and simple enough to follow. The remotes are better quality than the originals and were easy to code. The LED is not wired to the main board but not an issue for me.
