Excellent product, arrived promptly.
I had been advised to use a salt water nasal sprat by the specialist nurse at the ENT clinic. The aerosol ones i bought at the chemist were good but did not last long and using them was getting expensive. Neilmed does the same job and is a lot cheaper. It is working from a medical point of view and is pretty easy to use, you do have do be careful to measure the quantities correctly. My only criticism would be that the the top of the bottle has no top, making it less easy to keep it clean and free from dust etc. and increasing the risk of spilling if you knock it over. My advice is try to find a cover of your own for the top and don't knock it over! Overall its an excellent product and it arrived promptly..Read full review

Expensive for a plastic bottle but saves me having constant operations
I have no choice but use this as I am a chronic sufferer of nasal polyps (7 operations...so far), and this helps keep them at bay with daily use. Expensive for a squeezy plastic bottle and you could make up the saline solution myself so I guess I'm happy to pay for convenience. I get a new bottle every 6 months. It's been a few years since the last op, and hopefully a few more if I use this regularly with a steroid nasal spray. Good luck if you suffer with your sinuses as I do, I feel your pain.Read full review

Goodbye sinus pain
After many years of lousy troublesome painful sinuses, I was recommended to try Neil med sinus rinse and wow what a revelation! I use it at the first signs of any discomfort and it works almost immediately, the only downside is your nose drips for a while particularly if you lower your head but hey what the hell, a small issue which compared with the end result is worth putting up with! This product is fantastic can't recommend it highly enough works for me big time.Read full review

Simple way to ease Post Nasal Drip.
Advised by GP to try it to help with relieving Post Nasal Drip. It's easy to use. Whilst one could make up one's own solution/powder, the pre-mixed sachets are so convenient I think it's worth the cost. Read full review

SHOULD HAVE TRIED IT MONTHS AGO
Have suffered with sinus congestion for many years and have had it particularly bad this winter. My doctor recommended I tried a sinus rinse and found this on eBay at a competitive price. Sent for it and arrived within a couple of days. Have used it now for nearly two weeks and have it is really effective. I have recommended it to my sister who suffers with sinus problems also. (obviously a family thing) She too has found it really great and eased her congestion and pain. Would strongly recommend and although I was not looking forward to using it and the sensation of water washing through your face and nose I found it does not hurt and really clears the passages so you can taste and smell again.Read full review

Excellent product
Had nasal surgery in June and have not been free of infection since. Have tried multiple products and solutions, all have failed. This however is fantastic and I can feel the difference already. It's easy to use and once you get use to the sensation you can clearly see how it works, highly recommend.Read full review

It really works!
I have been a sufferer from nasal inflammation for 2 years. Sprays and drops helped a bit but I found using Neilmed Sinus Rinse twice daily made a significant difference in keeping my nose clear and also brought back my ability to taste food and drink, which had disappeared. All this without using any other medication.Read full review

Easy to use
Certainly works well. Although expensive for what it is, it does the job well. When you run out of sachets providing the bottle is serviceable one can make up a solution quite easily. I suppose 60 sachets last a long time. For me just 1 sachet lasts 2 days. Therefore if this amount works then it is good value at 120 days.Read full review

Fantastic product a must try
I would just like to say that this product has work wounders for me. I have suffered from allergic rhinitis for many years and tried all sorts of tablets and nasal spays which have had little to no affect. This product worked after the first use and i have finally felt relief for the first time thank you so much i cannot recommend this product highly enough.
Easy to use and instant relief

Excellent Gentle Saline Nasal Rinse For Sinusitus ... and Helps With Hay Fever Congestion, too !
Having undergone 3 sinus surgeries, this was recommended for use by my Consultant. I use this each time I feel congested, and always through having a cold as it keeps my sinuses much clearer without having to use strong medication. Yes, it is quite expensive for just a plastic bottle and saline solution but it the ease of using the made-up saline sachets that appeals to me whilst I'm busy working. I usually replace my bottle every 3 months (I've read other reviews where people say they are replacing this every 6 months, but I suppose it depends on how much you use it). It has become part of my daily routine before I go to work and before I go to bed. This year with the very high pollen count, I've found it also helps with hay fever congestion, too. My relatives in America say this has been in use for years in hospitals and clinics, and parents are regularly recommended to use the smaller version for children who suffer with sinus congestion. Use it 10 minutes or more before you intend leaving the house, as your nose will drip saline water for a couple of minutes after using this !Read full review
