Attention big sax players

Unlike the new "Super Strap", this is the original model, and I.M.O superior to better keep the weight of larger saxophones off your neck. The new model some will find acceptable, but it still has pads which DO NOT distribute the weight off your neck, and spine in the same way that this model does. I hope this is helpful. NEOTECH is a great company with several choices of straps and harnesses. High quality materials and construction. Finally, with the safety clasp on the Super, there is virtually NO CHANCE of an accident, although with Neotech, I have never had an issue with the standard clip on my Yamaha and Buescher baris.Read full review

Definitely better than the standard neck strap.

This harness removes the load from the neck and spreads it across the shoulders. A big relief from the neck strap the was included with the sax.
I have to fiddle with the lengths of the straps to get used to this harness. Even though it is an improvement from from what I had I still have to fiddle with it and get comfortable.Read full review
