I've had one of these units before, it went wrong after 4 years which isn't bad for constant use.

Great when it works.

I bought this item to replace the one that I already had. A fault materialised in the mounting for the relay unit after just 18 months. As far as I know, I can't buy the relay mount separately so I had to buy the whole heating package.
Poor access to the Netatmo email address to report the problem. Not impressed.

Does exactly what it should. I had an existing desk mounted wireless thermostat and I wanted to upgrade to work with my Alexa.

Initial packaging was very impressive very well designed and reminded me of the feeling you get when you open an Apple product. Sense of confidence.

Found this easy to set up with no major hick up. Product was very well made and had a nice feel to it. Only issue was that initially the radiators weren’t coming on but looking on the internet someone else mentioned swapping the grey and black cables around in the boiler which was a simple fix.

Alexa set up was straight forward and now allows us to control the temperature setting by voice or via the Alexa app whilst in or out of the house.

The display is straight forward. Simply shows the target temp at the top and the current room temperature at the bottom. You can use the Netatmo App to set up the schedule of operations which you can override use if Alexa or the desktop thermostat . I would recommend this for the sheer simplicity.Read full review...

Good purchase

The thermostat performs perfectly , it’s cheaper than a high end make like nest or hive and has a nice design. Can’t fault it apart from a lack of backlight on the display ( it has a amazon kindle type display) but this is probably to enable the batteries to last longer. Worth every penny.

Superb thermostat, always had the run of the mill stats before and they never quite did the job properly, they allowed the rooms to get cold before cutting back in, this detracts from the comfort. Spending £100.00 on a stat was a big step, but worth every penny.
The Natatma analyses the data of how you use you heating, the stat takes full control of the heating and after about a fortnight I was sent a new algorithm which really made a difference.
The thermostat is very sensitive, and can detect variation down to 0.10 of a degree, the stat will then work within tolerances of 0.5 of a degree ensuring that all rooms are kept constantly warm, and saving money. our home is very warm and comfortable now.Read full review...
