I swear by this stuff. It take a week or so to get into your system but one it does, you'll be glad you tried it. I'm 61and was beginning to have growths on my knuckles, but this product STOPPED IT. If you have any sort of arthritis inflammation I highly recommend this brand of tumeric. I can tell when I haven’t taken it for a few days what a difference it really does makes. It does take at least a week to start working. It will thin your blood so be careful on how much you take.
