Good quality point and shoot, does all you need.

This camera has all tyhe feratures you need for a quality point n shoot. It is quick enough top capture movment yet loses no depth or balance, I have used quite a few of this type of camera and found this measures up well. The screen is clear and the menu is easy to use.
If there is a down side it isn't compatable with the standard USB cables and I have to use a card reader instead.Read full review...

The Nikon L10 is a simple point-and-shoot snapshot camera with limited features but the build quality and design are up to the high Nikon standard. The case is plastic, but the rounded shape and compact size give it a high degree of strength and solidity. It is finished in a pleasant semi-gloss silver which resists scratches and finger marks very well.

The f/2.8-5.2 3x zoom lens retracts flush with the body and despite using two AA batteries for power it is quite slim, measuring 89.5x60.5x26 mm. It weighs 115g without batteries, adding 2 standard alkaline cells to that, the weight goes up to about 165g, which is a bit for a small camera, but it will slip into a shirt pocket quite comfortably. Using lighter Lithium AA batteries will give better duration and take about 25g off the total weight.

In terms of general performance the L10 behaves well. It starts up in just over two seconds and shuts down again in the same amount of time.

In continuous mode it is vey quick for a budget camera. It can rattle off shots at a rate of one every 0.7 seconds and appears to be able to keep this up until the memory card is full. It doesn’t pause to re-focus between shots, so make sure your subject isn’t moving much.

For a budget camera the L10 has superb build quality, nice design, good performance and excellent battery life. It’s weaknesses are the low-light focusing and not so perfect picture quality.

great camera

i bought this camera at nearly half price in a sale, so i wasnt expecting much. I thought if it was good it would be full price. I was wrong! This is a great camera, excellent picture quality, it has functions to switch to in different settings to get the picture just right for the location your taking it or the item your photographing. Its small and lightweight and also look really good. Since buying it i have captured all those important moments and have been surprised at how well the photos turn out. Overall, a great camera, i would definatley recomment it.Read full review...

Small, compact, and very good build quality. First class for a handy carry anywhere pocket camera. Much better than trying to use a phone camera.

Does what it says on the tin!

Good camera, few features which need to be reviewed but for what your buying it does a good job!
Takes a while to load when reviewing pictures, has a nice feature on scenes etc but again takes a while to render an image.Read full review...
