Great product.... with almost limitless potential... Great value! :D

Love love love love loving this camera! I wanted to try the world of SLR... but was a little nervous as... well it's what professionals use isn't it... and I am no professional! But... this fantastic camera is soooo kind to complete beginners it's a dream! It has an intuitive help feature that pops up when there's something you're not doing right.... and then gives you straight forward guidance on how to do things properly! Fantastic! Ok.... so I've not yet been brave enough to switch to manual focus from autofocus yet... but from the quality of picture you get in autofocus... I can't wait to see what I could achieve when I do! (P.S. Be warned... the focus guides turn red when the subject is focused... I found this a little unnerving at first... as well... red usually means stop... and on my compact camera the focus guides turned green... but it just takes a little getting used to!) The seller included a model specific "field book" and a DVD (both independently produced) packed with tips on how to get the most out of the camera... and I WOULD recommend borrowing/purchasing similar material... as this is such a great camera... so simple that you can quickly start taking good shots.... but with enormous potential for developing your skills - different environments... different subjects... different lenses etc... Hey... I'm going to see if my local adult education college does a part time course on SLR photography...I feel I owe it to the camera to fully explore what it can do!Read full review...
